It’s been quite the wait, but Siphon Shock is giving us quite the surprise with a playable demo for their upcoming fast-paced idle dungeon battler, HyperLeague Heroes. This is in line with their appearance at Steam Next Fest 2022, where the new title will be showcased.
Players will have the chance to take a plunge into the perilous dungeons of Utopia, where one must recruit heroes, collect loot, and battle their way through endless waves of enemies, cutting a swathe of badassery through each level.
The game features 30+ playable champions to beef up your roster. From heroes, to merciless villains, and bloodthirsty monsters–everyone’s invited.
While it’s an idle dungeon battler in essence, you’ll still want to call the shots when they count. Take it from someone who died a few times to a bloodthirsty vampire lord just because I decided to take it easy.

The dungeons, while full of danger, are also the best places to score legendary armor, weapons, and treasure. All you need to do is take on the hordes of monsters inside. Unlocking shops, facilities, and other perks can be a tall task.
Rounding things up, we have the leaderboards. Players can compete in nearly 20 challenges, putting their fighters to the test in a race for fastest completion time. There’s much to look forward to with Siphon Shock’s upcoming title, and with this playable demo, we’ve barely scratched the surface.
