It’s quite the Halloween surprise with Developer Catchweight Studio releasing a new demo for their PlayStation 1inspired horror game, CONSCRIPT. Set in 1916 during the Great War, players assume the role of a French soldier searching for their missing brother across war-torn Europe.
The game features a grainy pixelated art style that does its best to evoke a classic era survival horror feel as players solve challenging environmental puzzles and take on encounters with limited supplies.
The demo will allow players to endure the dangers of war, needing to navigate through twisting trenches, overrun forts and no-man’s-land in order to bring back their loved one.
