Unsouled tells the story of a prince from a collapsed empire that has the ability to absorb the souls of the dead and grow in power. This stylish pixel-art action RPG is set to feature difficult yet rewarding combo-centric combat. Coming from one-man studio Megusta, this title looks visually wonderful, and the combat looks positively fascinating.
According to Megusta, Unsouled is set to feature 5 intense story chapters, plus ‘the advanced abyss’, where players can test their skills, and ‘the mirror dimension’, a challenge mode for when the main game has been defeated. Across the game, there are 60 passive skills to unlock as well as an additional 16 character skills players must master in order to beat bosses and unlock the 7 boss skills scattered throughout the game.
