The Matriarch is an online party game that gained popularity on Tiktok at the beginning of the year after garnering over 27 million views and getting featured at the OTK game expo, hosted on Asmongold’s twitch channel in June.
The game sees players portraying Sinners disguised as “BOTs” as they hide from an evil Matriarch, who just so happens to be player-controlled as well. Players are given free rein to customize games. Options such as experimenting with the round timers, number of tiles, and random roles give a certain level of fun in replayability. Sacrifice devices are available to unlock, like a giant cross, a guillotine, a pyre, or even venomous snakes.

The Matriarch is currently available on PC via Steam.
