Publisher Paradox Interactive, in collaboration with Lithuanian solo developer Kodo Linija just dropped the news announcing the Early Access launch of Stardeus, a sci-fi base-building and colony sim title.
The game challenges players to manage and build a massive starship housing a variety of drones and human residents. In turn, thei mobile base must remain operational during its interstellar exploits.
In terms of mechanics, this sci-fi colony management simulator features aspects of automation, base building and space exploration. As a new AI tasked with building and managing a massive starship, the player must supervise robots, drones, and humans while handling the construction and maintenance of their mobile colony. This, of course, includes any problems that may arise from external catastrophes or the unreliable nature of their free-willed colonists.
