Old School FPS ‘Dread Templar’ Nears Completion

Dread Templar is a fast-paced retro FPS that combines 90s classic shooter elements with modern skill-based FPS controls.

Fulqrum Publishing and T19 Games are bringing back some old-school, classic, first-person shooting with Dread Templar–a title that’s now in the last stages of development. This last milestone brings a major update in the form of a completely new and different game mode – the Guardian Mode.

Guardian Mode is a wave-based, endless game mode, which tasks players with protecting a blue crystal placed right smack in the middle of an arena. The goal is not only to protect, but also to survive.

Once the crystal shatters, it’s game over. Gain currency to purchase buffs and supplies by eliminating waves of enemies while surviving an intense, endless onslaught. While this all seems simple, one could very easily lose their cool in the heat of danger.

As of now, T19 Games has a detailed Early Access Roadmap, highlighting all their upcoming plans for all players who need the 411 on all content and features coming with the full release.
