After a low-key reveal in June of 2021, Planet of Lana has been officially announced with a new gameplay trailer. An official description of the game reads; ‘A planet that used to be a place of undisturbed balance between human, nature, and animal has now become something else entirely. The disharmony that had been in the making for hundreds of years has finally arrived in the form of a faceless army. But this is not a story about war. This is a story about a vibrant, beautiful planet –and the journey to keep it that way.’

Planet of Lana is the story of a young girl and a small creature, who embark on a rescue mission through a colorful world full of cold machines and unfamiliar beasts, Calling itself a cinematic puzzle adventure ‘framed by an epic sci-fi saga that stretches across centuries and galaxies.’ This new trailer showcases an action-packed set piece with some notable art design differences from the original reveal.
According to Thunderful, the game will feature ‘unique companion-based gameplay’ which you will be using to ‘solve puzzles with quirky challenges and diverse twists’. You can find the new official trailer here, and you can stay tuned for more information about Planet of Lana, coming in 2022.
